“The Art of FLIGHT” London Premiere Jolly Good Show!

The highly anticipated UK premiere of “The Art of FLIGHT,” played at the IMAX in London last night with two screenings that saw a thousand strong crowd watch Travis Rice and crew on the big screen. We were lucky enough to get a seat and witness the movie projected on the highest quality visual format on the UKs biggest cinema screen. Mind blowing! Man of the moment, Travis Rice, dressed in full 1940’s fighter pilot gear, turned up to chat to the crowd and introduce his groundbreaking film. We even got to have a chat with the great man himself. It was definitely a night to remember, with the after party continuing well into the early hours…

We’ve just about survived a fun, but knackering, week at the London Ski & Snowboard Show in Earls Court. It was great to see everyone; from industry people, to Mint clients, past snowboard camp crews and loads of friends. As always, the parties were pumping, the mornings a struggle and the coffees numerous! And a thank you to The Snowboard Asylum for hosting us on their stand.

Here are a few photos of the fun we had:

Next stop, the Freeze Festival! See you there…

A great line up has been signed up for the UK’s biggest winter sports and music festival, with electro music legends Groove Armada confirmed to head the Friday night. Other acts announced to be on the bill for the Friday night are Red Light, Zane Lowe and Beardyman. The festival, taking place at Battersea Power Station in London on the 28th – 29th October, will also host The Streets, Everything Everything and The Joy Formidable on the Saturday night.

In addition to the music, the event will also see the world’s best skiers and snowboarders competing on the specially erected 100m long, 32m high real snow kicker, which for two days becomes an iconic site in London’s skyline.

We look forward to seeing you there…!
